Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f)
City: Belgrade

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate salary calculations within specified deadlines and ensuring precision in payments.
• Prepare, analyze, and verify the accuracy of data necessary for salary calculations.
• Prepare monthly salary calculations, including all necessary steps for various salary components such as annual leaves, overtime, sick leaves, incentives, etc.
• Submit tax declarations.
• Issuance certificates of paid taxes and contributions withheld (annual personal income taxes), in accordance with the Law on Personal Income Tax.
• Prepare individual tax returns for personal income tax and submit them to the Tax Administration and relevant organizational unit, in accordance with the Law on Personal Income Tax.
• Prepare calculations for payments in case of retirements, severance pay, contracts outside of employment (service contracts, additional work, supplementary work contracts).
• Keep records and calculate expenses related to employees' business trips.
• Issuance certificates of average incomes, keep track of administrative bans, suspensions, etc.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports in the field of salary calculations.
• Monitor legal regulations and timely organize, implement, and control activities necessary to ensure compliance with all legal regulations within the company.


Requirements

Our requirements:
• Minimum of a fourth level qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in salary calculations and familiarity with small business programs.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English language.
• Preferred knowledge of legal regulations in countries within the region.
