GRC Analyst

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and implementing established security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor the application of security guidelines and recommendations.
- Participate in identifying and assessing security risks.
- Implement security controls and technologies in accordance with CISO guidelines.
- Monitor security incidents and provide support in their resolution.
- Keep track of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in information security.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
- Organize and conduct employee training programs on security policies and procedures.
- Raise awareness about the importance of information security within the organization.
- Lead the incident response team and ensure quick and effective reactions.
- Report details and consequences of security incidents to the CISO.
- Lead post-incident investigations and implement corrective measures.
- Define technical controls for security tools and infrastructure.
- Monitor new technologies and trends in information security.
- Work with the IT team and other departments to integrate security measures into operational processes.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers regarding security issues.
- Regularly report to the CISO on identified security risks and the effectiveness of implemented security controls.
- Manage third-party risks and provide support in assessing their security posture.
Zahtevi
Our requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in information security and managing security projects.
- Understanding of information security principles and cybersecurity technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
- Proficiency in English is desirable.
- Proactivity and the ability to respond quickly to security challenges.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities.
