HR Analyst

 

Job Description:

  • Analyzes data from the human resources field upon the request of superiors, management, and other internal users.
  • Prepares and coordinates the planning of HR labor costs at the company level.
  • Directs, analyzes, and controls the reporting process in the human resources field to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely reporting.
  • Controls and manages standard data for human resources analysis and implements improvements in the reporting process and data results.
  • Prepares data on time for human resources planning in terms of costs (PE plan) and number of employees (HC plan), and monitors and reports monthly to the management on the plan's realization.
  • Ensures the development and improvement of the HR information system.
  • Independently or in collaboration with colleagues, participates in project tasks, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on their successful realization, as well as their overall functionality in practice.
  • Uses and analyzes data from HRIS, Excel and Google Analytics.


Zahtevi

Qualifications:

  • First or second level studies in social sciences, humanities, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or a similar position.
  • Experience working in HRIS systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (with a focus on Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
