Internal Auditor (m/f)
City: Belgrade

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management procedures, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop risk-based audit plans and programs to address key areas of concern and ensure the timely completion of audit assignments.
• Perform detailed testing and analysis of financial statements, operational processes, and internal controls to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and potential areas of risk.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review and corrective action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations, monitor remediation efforts, and track progress towards resolution of identified issues.
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness, reliability, and implementation of internal processes and procedures including betting procedures, payout processes, risk management, data protection, and security measures.
• Verify compliance with gambling regulations, tax laws, data protection regulations, and other important standards.
• Formulate recommendations for improving the processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the management to understand business objectives and challenges and to provide support in achieving those objectives through the implementation of best practices and internal controls.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in internal auditing to continuously improve audit methodologies and techniques.


Zahtevi

Our requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economic related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
