RECRUITER (m/f)
City: Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process through an ATS.
• Update candidate databases.
• Propose, plan, and implement selection test processes to be used for selection purposes.
• Timely inform candidates about the outcome of the selection process.
• Ensure effective implementation of candidate assessment methods, interviews, and testing.
• Improve the recruitment and selection process and suggesting new employment channels.
• Establish collaboration with employment agencies and student organizations.
• Participate in designing and implementing brand and digital recruitment campaigns.
• Prepare reports on all recruitment and selection activities.


Zahtevi

Our requirements: 
• Bachelor's degree - preferably in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of work experience in similar roles.
• Experience working with ATS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Driver's license category B, active driver.
• English language - conversational level.
